The final round was a low weight affair, heavily coloured water and a flat calm evening made the fishing really tough and tense, as the top 3 in the league battled for every bite.

Pete Ellis was the top rod on the night with 6lb 1oz of skimmers and eels using groundbait and maggot on the pole, this result and last weeks good result shot him up the league position to second.

Aaron Britnell was second on the night with 2lbs 11oz of roach and dace, this was another good result for Aaron and it secured him the overall winner, he has shown consistency from the beginning and has lead from the half way point, well done.

Third on the night was Alan Healey with 2lb 8oz of roach and eels, Andy Curry was fourth with 2lb 2oz and this result has given him third overall in the series.

John Macey was fifth with 1lb 11oz an Dave Clutterbuck was sixth.
