Carp are Changing the Shape of Commercials
I have recently done a feature for April issue of Pole Fishing Magazine, and I discovered a few interesting things.
Carp are changing the underwater shape of the lakes, when they feed, they dig holes in the bottom with their sucking and fin action, when you get a lot of carp in a small area the amount of silt and mud they can move is amazing. I once fished a match and was fishing a long pole up to an island and caught carp from one spot for 3 hours, then suddenly after 3 hours in the same hole I hooked the bottom, it was a tree root that had been uncovered by the carps feeding action.
But what I found out when I did this feature was amazing.

Have you had any experiences of carp 'eating' the bottom?
