Thursday evenings match was one of the coldest of the winter, icy wind, sleet and  coloured water made the fishing very difficult. Once again the police launch was the area to draw.

Dave Shore was the top rod on the day with 8lbs 2ozs of skimmers, roach and dace on poled maggot with groundbait, second was Rob Garland with 5lb 12ozs of skimmers all caught ona groundbait feeder and maggot, third was Alan Healey with 5lb 11ozs consisting of a 4lb bream and some skimmers, Andy Curry was fourth with 5lb 1oz of roach and skimmers, Dave Carroll had 3lb 11oz for 5th and Adam Caswell had 7 perch for 3lb 7ozs.
