Gardner's "Hard Ball Bait Protector" is a tough diameter supa-shrink tube for wrapping hook baits to keep them protected from bait stealong Crayfish, Mitten Crabs and Poisson Chat.

The Hard Ball Bait Saver is quick and simple to use:

Select the right size tube to fit your hook bait

Cut the tube to the same width as the bait (open ends allow flavour from your bait to still come out)

Steam the tubing over a boiling kettle (use a baiting needle to lower the chance of burning yourself)

Mount the hookbait onto your hair by piercing the tubing for the strongest attachment
