The Connect Deep Pan and Griddle Granite edition features detachable cool-touch handles and a detachable hinge system that transforms one pan into two - a deep sided saucepan and a seperate griddle pan.

The griddle pan acts as the lid on the deeper pan and can be detached to become a sepertate pan allowing you to cook two lots of food at once. The griddle pan is also interchangable with the RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toaster Granite Edition. RidgeMonkey's granite style coating makes their pans super tough, more durable, and offers improved non stick properties taking compact cookware to a whole new level.
