South Westely Uniline Mono is a reduced diameter, super high-strength monofilament with a smooth finish at a very reasonable price. Uni Mono features our X-Tuff Coating and withstands the toughest conditions such as weeds and rough bottoms, the transparent Deceptive Matt finish ensures that the line is practically invisible to the shyest fish. If you fish in rough conditions (think river fishing etc), where you may have to change your lines a few times per day, then this is the perfect line. For best results, we recommend soaking the spool in warm water for 2 hours before spooling. In addition, when spooling it is important that the line comes off the spool counterclockwise to prevent the line from twisting. You can also use a bankstick to spool the line and then the line should come from the bottom of the spool. Available in 10lb/0.31mm 1325mtr, 12lb/0.33mm 1100mtr, 15lb/0.37mm 870mtr and 18lb/0.39mm 710mtr pull and on 300mtr spools.
